Users in Pulse can have four different statuses:
Active users are users who successfully joined the workspace and who are actively using the product.
Invited users are users who received an invitation to join the workspace, but haven't accepted it yet. Learn more about user invitations to see what they received via email.
If a person leaves your company or you simply want to remove them from your company, you can deactivate the profile. Deactivated users can't log in to your workspace unless you reactivate them. Learn more here on how to deactivate/reactivate a user.
If you're using SCIM in your account, you can deprovision an account directly from your SSO Vendor Provider. Pulse will automatically mark as deactivated.
