To create a bookmark collection, from the bookmark section, click "Add collection" in the top right section of your screen.
Type a name, and then add your bookmarks to the collection.
Your collection won't be visible to any users until you associate it with the right user groups.
For instance, if you've just created the collection "Customer Success Bookmarks", head to the group you want to associate this collection with (ex. Presumably Customer Success User Groups).
All people included in the Customer Success user groups will be able to see your "Customer Success Bookmarks" collection.
